oneworld benefits
oneworld benefits are available only to passengers on scheduled flights that are both marketed and operated by a oneworld member airline (‘marketed’ means that there must be a oneworld member airline flight number on your ticket).
Frequent flyer miles/points can only be accrued on eligible oneworld flights, and each oneworld member airline reserves the right to change its frequent flyer programme in accordance with its programme rules.

The exchange rate data for oneworld’s currency converter is obtained from the Bank of Canada* on a daily basis. It is not guaranteed for accuracy or completeness.
*Excludes the Jordanian Dinar, which is pegged to the US Dollar at 0.709 per Dollar. Please refer to the Central Bank of Jordan for more information.

The businessflyer programme is an arrangement between the participating oneworld airlines and each Member (Company), and is subject to all terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the participating oneworld airlines. Additionally, the participating oneworld member airlines shall have absolute discretion as to the number (if any) of reduced fares that are made available and the amount of any such reduction.
All reduced fares and fare rules offered under the businessflyer programme are confidential to the participating airline that has provided the fare and cannot be disclosed to another airline or third party, unless required by law.
