About Malév

Malév Hungarian Airlines, the national flag carrier of the Republic of Hungary, can look back on more than 60 years of outstanding achievements and service. Today, with its scheduled operations, Malév is acknowledged as one of the leading airlines in the Central-Eastern European region. More than 3 million customers fly on its scheduled flights each year.

Malév has been a member of the oneworld airline alliance since 1 April 2007. As a fully-fledged oneworld associate, Malév offers its customers the entire range of services and benefits of the alliance.

Network

Malév serves around 50 destinations in 35 countries in Europe and Middle-East, including oneworld hubs Amman, Helsinki, London Gatwick and Madrid. Malév has an ideal geographic position to be a leader hub-and-spoke airline in the region. Malév schedule network offers good opportunities for transfer between East and West, North and South. It is a high priority issue for Malév to provide a rapid and comfortable transit for passengers transferring through Budapest.

Frequent Flyer

Greater benefits with Malév Duna Club

Malév's frequent flyer programme is called Duna Club.  Duna Platinum is equivalent to oneworld Emerald, Duna Gold is equal to oneworld Sapphire and Duna Silver is equivalent to oneworld Ruby.

As a Malév Duna Club member you collect points and redeem awards on all oneworld partner flights. The points collected on oneworld partner flights also accumulate to top tier levels.
