Viewing Tips

The oneworld® website has been developed to provide interactive and dynamic page delivery. The site has also been developed using a standards-based approach, incorporating use of the following W3C approved technologies:

  • Transitional XHTML 1.1
  • Cascading Stylesheets (CSS 2)

These technologies are best suited to viewing in a web browser that supports the W3C standards on the Windows, Mac and Linux platforms. The more widely-used versions of these browsers include:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
  • Mozilla Firefox 1.5
  • Netscape 7.x
  • Apple Safari 1.x

If your current browser does not support these technologies you may wish to update to one of the versions mentioned above. These can be found at:

Interactive Network Map

The Aviation Map Module is designed for optimal performance using the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
  • Firefox 1.5 or higher

Adobe / Macromedia Flash 9.0 is the minimum version of Flash player recommended for map viewing.

Viewing the map works best with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Use the ‘+' and ‘-‘ icons on the map screen to respectively zoom in and out on the map.

Clicking and dragging the map allows you to precisely reposition the center of your map.

Keep in mind when navigating the map and jumping to the timetable, that the map displays the possible routes between all locations.  Even though a route is indicated, flights may not exist for the search date used in the timetable.
