How to track your luggage
At oneworld®, we appreciate just how inconvenient and frustrating it is if an item of baggage is misplaced.
That is why we use the WorldTracer® worldwide computerised baggage tracking system to locate your bags quickly, should they be misplaced, and return them to you as soon as possible.
Simply enter your name and oneworld file reference number to view the status of your luggage.
This service is not currently available for American Airlines, JAL Express or Japan Transocean Air. Please contact these individual airlines for further details.
