Allan Lee

Allan Lee is oneworld’s Vice President, Asia Pacific. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen member relations, drive strategic alignment, and deliver tangible value to member airlines across the region.

A seasoned aviation executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning airlines, airports, and global alliances, Allan has led projects in fleet and network planning, commercial optimisation, and long-term strategic development. Prior to joining oneworld, Allan held senior roles at Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Oman Air, and Fiji Airways, His extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Sydney Airport and Qantas Airways, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective across both airline and airport operations.

Allan holds a Master’s degree in Language Science from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. He has also completed professional training in Airline Planning (Boeing) and Network, Fleet, and Schedule Planning (IATA).
