3 Simple Steps
Submit your interest in oneworld Meetings & Events through our simple form. Share details with us like how many people will be travelling and the location and date of your meeting or event. Once you submit, you'll have access to your event planner login.
After your event is approved, you will receive a unique booking link within the portal.
As an event planner, you can then distribute the booking link to your travellers. You can also easily monitor bookings as they come into your portal.

Several of our member airlines offer their own world class Meetings & Events products. oneworld Meetings & Events unlocks our 15 member airline network and discount offer potential from all member airlines, through one event inquiry.
You can travel to or from any oneworld member airline origin city or destination for your meeting or event.
We ask that in exchange for savings, oneworld be the exclusive airline alliance for your meeting or event. We also require a minimum of 50 travelers that will book using the unique link. Compliance will be monitored by oneworld, and can also be seen by the event planner through the portal.
Yes - the unique link will allow inbound travel from seven days prior to the event start date until the last date of the event. Outbound travel dates are restricted to the first day of your event through seven days after the last day of your event.
