Gerhard is responsible for the consistent delivery of oneworld customer benefits and driving industry-leading alliance initiatives that enhance the travel experience from booking to baggage.
He joined oneworld in 2015. Previously, Gerhard held roles at Austrian Airlines and Star Alliance and spent time in the Middle East working for the Emirates Group.
Gerhard holds a degree in Tourism and International Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Krems, Austria. He also holds a French undergraduate License from the Université de Savoie.
