Guido van Til leads oneworld’s digital strategy, product delivery, and technology transformation. In this role, he shapes an integrated, customer centric digital ecosystem across the alliance, aligning member airlines around shared digital priorities and delivering solutions that unlock measurable, network wide value.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning aviation, retail, and digital transformation, Guido is known for bringing together technology, customer experience and commercial outcomes to reshape digital landscapes.

Before joining oneworld, he supported global brands, including Rituals and Dyson, through major digital reinventions and spent over three decades with Air France-KLM. There, he held several senior leadership roles, steering the group’s digital strategy, driving platform convergence, and building products that elevated the customer experience across every touchpoint.

At oneworld, Guido is advancing the alliance’s digital ambitions, embedding data-powered capabilities and developing next-generation connected and seamless travel experiences that deliver tangible benefits for oneworld’s global customers.
