Stephan is responsible for advancing oneworld’s global partnership strategy. With more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Stephan is a recognised expert in global alliances, airline partnerships and strategic planning and has held senior roles at Qatar Airways, Air Berlin, Star Alliance and Lufthansa.
He has deep experience in shaping network strategies, driving business transformation and developing industry-leading partnerships that expanded global reach and improved operational efficiency. Prior to joining oneworld, Stephan served on the oneworld Management Board for 10 years.
